Your Bone Health Assessment

Know where you stand and what to focus on next

You've had the tests. Now let's make sense of them.

A personalised review of your blood results and DEXA scan to help you understand where you stand with your bone health and what to focus on next - with a 30-minute consultation and clear written report.

You've been told you have "a little osteopenia" but it's nothing to worry about

You've had blood tests, maybe you've had a DEXA scan too.

You've been told the results or perhaps osteopenia or osteoporosis have been mentioned

.

But you may still be wondering:

What do these results actually mean for me?

Is there anything I should be doing differently?

Are there things in my blood results that could be worth paying attention to?

What should I actually focus on first?

You shouldn't have to piece all of this together yourself.

Think of it like a survey before renovating a house.

Before you start knocking down walls or making expensive changes, you need to understand what's already working well, what needs attention and where to focus first.

Your bone health is no different.

Rather than giving you another long list of things you could be doing, I'll look at your results as a whole and help you understand where you are now and what deserves your attention next.

Woman Working Thoughtfully
Why I Created
Your Bone Health Assessment

When I was told I had early stage osteopenia at 46,

I was prescribed calcium supplements

I remember thinking: "What does that mean?

I walked out of the consultants office with a prescription.

I had no idea what early stage osteopenia meant, could it be treated,

would it progress, was they're anything else I could do?

I needed to make sense of my results and understand

what it meant for my future.

That's why I'm offering you Your Bone Health Assessment

How Your Bone Health Assessment Works in 3 Steps

1. Understand

We start with the bigger picture. I'll review your DEXA scan, blood results, medications and supplements, looking at them together rather than in isolation.

2. Identify

We work out what matters. I'll highlight what's looking good, what may deserve attention and any questions about other things that you could be doing.

3. Prioritise

You leave knowing what to focus on next.

We'll talk through my findings during your 30-minute Zoom consultation, and you'll receive a personalised report with your key priorities and practical next steps.

Your Bone Health Assessment Includes

X-Rays
 Blood Results Review

I'll review your latest blood results and highlight findings that may be relevant to your bone health and overall nutritional status. I'll help you understand what may deserve attention

and why, rather than leaving you to ask Dr Google what the results mean.

✓ DEXA Scan Explained

If you've had a DEXA scan, you may have been told your scan is “normal” or that you have “a little osteopenia” and it's nothing to worry about. I'll help you understand what your results actually mean and what they may be telling you about your bone health.

✓ Medications & Supplements Review

I'll review the medications and supplements you're currently taking and consider them alongside your DEXA results and blood tests.

We'll look at what you're taking, why you're taking it and whether there are any questions or considerations worth discussing with your GP, pharmacist or specialist.

The aim isn't to give you more things to take, it's to help you understand the bigger picture.

✓ 30-Minute Bone Health Assessment Call

We'll meet for 30 minutes on zoom, so I can talk you through my findings, explain anything you're unsure about and answer your questions.

You'll have the opportunity to put your results into context rather than simply receiving another report in your inbox.

✓ Your Personalised Bone Health Report

You'll receive a clear written summary of my findings, including:

  • What's looking good

  • What may need attention

  • Your key priorities

  • Practical next steps

So instead of walking away with a long list of things to change, you'll know what matters most for you right now.

This is for you if....

✓ You've recently had a DEXA scan and aren't sure what your results mean.

✓ You've been told you have osteopenia or osteoporosis and want to understand what you can do alongside any medical treatment you're receiving.

✓ You've had blood tests and want to understand whether anything may be relevant to your bone health.

✓ You're taking supplements but aren't sure whether you're taking what you actually need.

✓ You've been given a diagnosis or test results but haven't been given much practical guidance about what to do next.

✓ You want a clear starting point rather than trying to change everything at once.

Business Meeting Discussion

This isn't about replacing your doctor

I'm not here to diagnose medical conditions, change your medication or replace the advice of your GP or specialist.

'm here to help you understand your results from a nutrition and bone-health perspective and turn that information into clear, practical next steps.

Because you deserve to feel informed and confident about the choices you're making for your bones.
